About Hayley Minter

Hayley is a senior at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, expected to graduate in May of 2025. She is double-majoring in Dramatic Arts and Communication Studies, with a minor in Writing for the Screen and Stage. Her goal is to build a career in the film industry—with acting, special effects makeup, prop-building, costuming…she does it all.

Beginning in 2017 with the opportunity to be a scare actor in a haunted forest, Hayley has been honing her skills in special effects makeup. From glamor to grotesque, blood to beauty, and creatures of all kinds—Hayley strives to make imagination into reality.

Hayley has been passionate about costuming and prop-making for many years—so cosplay was a natural avenue. You can catch her annually at the Raleigh Convention Center on stage or in the crowds transformed into her favorite characters.

Hayley has been acting for the stage and screen since she was five years old. She has experience performing in a variety of mediums: Competitive improvisation, stage plays, musical theater, scare acting, film acting, and sketch/variety television.
